How to Delete Your Data
Broadr is committed to protecting your privacy and giving you control over your personal data. This page explains how you can delete your data from our platform.
1. Delete Your Account (Logged-in Users)
If you have a Broadr account, you can delete your account and all associated data directly from your settings:
- Log in to your Broadr account at broadr.app/auth
- Go to Settings
- Click Delete Account
- Follow the deletion process (export data, confirm identity, enter verification code)
2. What Data Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your personal information (name, email, profile)
- Organization memberships
- All posts and scheduled content
- Uploaded media and files
- Connected social media account tokens
- Comments and interactions
- Analytics and usage history
3. 30-Day Recovery Period
After initiating account deletion, you have 30 days to recover your account by logging back in. During this period, your data is marked for deletion but not yet permanently removed.
After 30 days, your data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems.
4. Data Export (GDPR Compliance)
Before deleting your account, you are required to download a copy of your data. This export includes:
- Your personal information
- Organization data
- Posts and scheduled content
- Media files
5. Facebook/Meta Data Deletion
If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to Broadr and wish to delete your data:
- Follow the account deletion process above, OR
- Remove Broadr from your Facebook settings at Facebook App Settings
- Contact us at hello@broadr.app to request data deletion
6. Request Deletion Without an Account
If you don't have access to your account or need assistance with data deletion, contact us:

Subject: Data Deletion Request
Please include in your request:
- The email address associated with your account
- Any additional identifying information
- Reason for deletion request (optional)
We will process your request within 30 days as required by GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations.
7. Data Retained After Deletion
Some information may be retained after account deletion for legal and operational purposes:
- Transaction records (for tax and accounting requirements)
- Anonymized analytics data
- Data required by law enforcement or legal proceedings
This retained data cannot be used to identify you personally.
