2.2 Social Media Credentials

When you connect social media accounts, we store OAuth access tokens that allow us to post content on your behalf. We do not store your social media passwords.

2.3 Content and Usage Data

We collect and store:

  • Content you create, upload, or schedule for publication
  • Images and media files you upload
  • Your interactions with the Service (features used, pages viewed)
  • AI content generation requests and results

2.4 Payment Information

We use third-party payment processors to handle billing. We store basic subscription details but do not store your full payment card information.

4.1 AI Assistant Integrations (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)

Broadr can connect to AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude Desktop via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). When you use these integrations:

  • Data Shared: Only the specific information you request (e.g., channel list, post content) is sent to the AI assistant
  • Data Minimization: We collect only the minimum data required to perform each action. We do not access or store your full chat history with the AI assistant
  • No Sensitive Data: We never collect payment card information, health data, government identifiers, or authentication secrets through AI integrations
  • Your Control: You initiate all actions. The AI assistant cannot access your data without your explicit request

These AI services have their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them before connecting Broadr to any AI assistant.

4.2 Google API Services (YouTube, Google Sign-In)

Broadr uses YouTube API Services and Google Sign-In. By using Google features in Broadr, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

Data we access via Google APIs:

  • Basic profile information (name, email, avatar) for authentication
  • YouTube channel information (name, avatar, subscriber count)
  • YouTube video metadata (title, description, tags, privacy status)
  • YouTube video upload capability
  • YouTube channel analytics (views, subscribers, watch time)

How we use Google user data:

  • Authenticate your identity and create your Broadr account
  • Display your YouTube channel info in the Broadr dashboard
  • Upload scheduled videos to YouTube on your behalf
  • Show YouTube channel analytics in the analytics dashboard

How we store Google user data:

  • OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest
  • Analytics data is cached temporarily and not stored permanently
  • We do not permanently store YouTube video content

Your control:

  • You can disconnect your YouTube channel or Google account at any time from Broadr settings, which revokes our access and deletes stored tokens
  • You can also revoke access via Google Security Settings

Google API Services Limited Use Disclosure

Broadr's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • We only use Google user data to provide and improve Broadr's user-facing features (account authentication, social media scheduling, and analytics display)
  • We do not transfer Google user data to third parties unless it is necessary to provide or improve user-facing features, you provide affirmative consent, or it is necessary for security or legal compliance
  • We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements or for any advertising purpose
  • We do not use Google user data for training artificial intelligence or machine learning models
  • We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless: you provide affirmative consent, it is necessary for security purposes, or it is required to comply with applicable law

5. Data Storage and Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest
  • Secure authentication and access controls
  • Regular security audits and updates
  • Restricted access to personal data

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no internet transmission or storage system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
